1. Scope of Agreement

Welcome to SATNAAM EXIM INDIA. By engaging with our website or issuing a Purchase Order (PO), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all international and domestic trade transactions, sourcing, and logistics services provided by Satnaam Exim India, headquartered in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, and operating through sourcing hubs in Pan-India locations.

2. International Payment & Financial Terms

To maintain supply chain stability, we adhere to the following financial protocols:

• Advance Requirement: A minimum of 35% Advance Payment via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) is mandatory for order confirmation and procurement commencement.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 65% is payable against scanned copies of shipping documents (Bill of Lading) or via Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).
• Letter of Credit (L/C): We accept only Confirmed, Irrevocable Letters of Credit issued by Prime Global Banks, subject to UCP 600 standards.
• Small Orders: Domestic and international orders below INR 3,00,000 require 100% advance payment.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Incoterms® 2020

Satnaam Exim India operates under ICC Incoterms® 2020. Our standard delivery terms are:

• FOB (Free On Board): We are responsible until the cargo crosses the ship's rail at the port of loading (e.g., Mundra or Nhava Sheva).
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We manage freight and basic insurance to the destination port.
• Lead Times: Consignments are typically handed over to carrier authorities within 10-15 business days of payment confirmation, subject to container availability and crop season.

4. Quality, Purity & Inspection

Every grain we export undergoes rigorous quality auditing:

• Third-Party Inspection: Buyers have the right to request inspections by SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas at the loading port at the buyer’s expense.
• Tolerance: A standard weight tolerance of +/- 5% is applicable as per international commodity trade norms.
• Phytosanitary: All exports are accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Govt. of India.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and commodity-based nature of agricultural products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the 35% advance is processed and procurement from mills has commenced.
• No refunds are entertained once the cargo has been stuffed into containers.
• Disputes regarding quality must be raised within 48 hours of cargo arrival at the destination port, supported by an authorized surveyor's report.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We value your privacy. Information collected (Name, GST/VAT details, Contact info) is used strictly for KYC, shipping documentation, and periodic trade updates. We utilize "Traffic Log Cookies" to optimize our website experience. We do not sell or lease your data to third-party marketing firms.
